Q.  How do I organise my wedding photos with Helen Crowdey Photography?

A. Quite simply - just get in touch - fill in your details on this page and hit submit, let me know where and when your wedding is and your budget and how you would prefer me to communicate with you: Phone, email, skype etc. I will send you a questionnaire by email or simply ask you the qustions over the phone. Once I have a good understanding of your exact requirements, I will send you an estimate and availability. 

Q. So I'm happy to go ahead, what happens next?

A. Just let me know and I'll book you in, send you a contract to sign and an invoice for the deposit. Once I've received the signed paperwork and the deposit, I will confirm your booking.

Q, How will you know what shots I want?

​A. Don't worry, once your booking is confirmed, I will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to either meet up or skype and together and we will go over your schedule for the whole day, we will plan a 'shot-list' of all the must-have photos that you want as well as all the other details such as timings and locations etc.
I will work very hard to get you exactly what you want.

Q. What about payment?
An invoice is sent out to you at the time of booking with a deposit payable at that time,     The remaining charges are due in full on the date of the wedding and must be paid within 30 days. There is also the option of paying in instalments that are spread out between the date of booking and the date of the wedding.
